Ambitious Resources Limited, a privately owned recruitment company, specialises in providing permanent and temporary staffing services to clients across various sectors, including Education, Housing, Healthcare, Charities, Properties & Construction, Finance, and Marketing. Our services involve collaborating with hirers of temporary workers, other temporary work agencies, and temporary workers themselves, both in the public and private sectors.

We are acutely aware that certain sectors in which our clients operate may be more susceptible to human trafficking and slavery. However, at Ambitious Resources Limited, we are unwavering in our commitment to upholding high standards across all our supply chains, regardless of the sector. We firmly believe that, in partnership with our clients and second-tier agencies, we can eliminate any traces of human trafficking and slavery from our supply chains.

Our paramount principle is to collaborate exclusively with suppliers who share our dedication to eradicating modern slavery. We categorically refuse to engage with any organisation that cannot demonstrate an equivalent commitment to this cause, irrespective of any legal obligations.

Ambitious Resources Limited places great emphasis on educating its employees about the indicators that might suggest a temporary worker is under undue influence. We actively encourage our employees to report any suspicious activities or circumstances to the Modern Slavery Helpline at 0800 0121 0700.

When Ambitious Resources Limited contracts with other temporary work agencies as second-tier suppliers of temporary staff, we conduct audits to assess their compliance with legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act. Any instances of legislative non-compliance are promptly identified and reported to our clients. All temporary workers are meticulously managed and documented through Ambitious Resources Limited’s customer management system. Furthermore, we diligently verify a temporary worker’s right to work in the United Kingdom before supplying their services to clients.

The board of directors at Ambitious Resources Limited firmly believes that the eradication of slavery in all its forms from our supply chains is intrinsic to our company’s objectives and values. Consequently, our board of directors has officially endorsed this statement.

This statement will undergo an annual review, unless circumstances necessitate more frequent assessments.
